A very handsome parrot centers this hand made 12″ diameter, rimmed earthenware bowl. As I designed and painted it, I used white, black and orange under-glazes to create bright contrasts to the natural reds of the clay body. It’s a deep bowl, ready to serve soups, stews, pastas, etc. or to be shown off as a decorative piece. It has been finished with a food-safe clear glaze.
