This wheel thrown, 6″ high saggar vase made of stoneware has been treated with ferric chloride and then dabbed with red iron oxide , salt and strings of copper wire to create the variety of patterns you see. The bottom of the pot has been hand carved. Run the magnifier over the piece to see them. For flowers and decorative use only.
