This egg shaped pot was thrown on the wheel, terra sigged and, after being coated with ferric chloride, wrapped with horsehair, copper wire and small pieces of banana peel. It was then fired in the Saggar kiln and buffed to a low shine. The piece measures 6″ high and can be used for flowers and for decorative purposes only.
