All I can say about this wheel thrown stoneware vase is that the outcome was a complete and welcome surprise. I prepared the piece for Saggar with 2 coats of copper carbonate and loads of bronze wool, sawdust and sprinkles of salt. When the piece cooled, I cleaned it and then painted it with a single coat of clear matte polyurethane. It measures 5″ high and is to be used for flowers or decorative purposes only.
